shoulda got a v-8 stick, that way your wife would hate driving it and you could say "well, i reckon ill drive it from now on" then get her a focus
When I picked up big red at the dealership and was driving it home on the freeway which is about 20 miles, I was right next to an 18 wheeler and I was in the passing lane with a slow driver in front of me, so basically I was boxed in. Well, the GD truck's rear tire blew and the alligator rubber just barely missed hitting me. Fortunately, big red is not damaged, but that was one scary experience. I know not to follow an 18 wheeler, and I get around them as soon as I can. They throw rubber, and they don't throw pea sized rubber, it comes off in large car damaging chunks. We call them alligators here in Texas.

Been there, done that! I bought a new HO 5.0 convertible Mustang in 83. This was before Ford tamed the FOX chassis. It was really twitchy (tail happy). My wife was frightened to drive it. It got totaled in 84 when a semi loaded with batteriesside swiped me on the freeway. To this day, I still keep a nervous eyeon semi's driving next to me.

I remember a few years ago at my high school ( I was in 8th grade) there was a kid in a 2000 GT who pulled up next to his teacher inher 2000 Mach 1 and he revved his engine and she revved hers. When the light turned green they raced and shekicked the living hell out of him. It was so funny. He figured she wouldn't race but she owned him.

You know damn good and well you are one of our most valuable members on here degins. Nice looking pony. What engine and tranny is in it.? It doesn't say GT on the fender, so I am assuming it is a V6 automatic. A chick car.
Hello.Clearly, there is some confusion surrounding the idea of what constitutes a 'chick car' I always leaned more towards something like this. Now, those are chick cars.

Ok, how is this for a chick car. 1972 Mach 1 Gold with gold interior 351C, C6 Auto 160,000 original miles and will still white smoke without power jacking. By the way my sister is the original and still proud owner.

Absolutely. There's a long and twisting road between Wimberley and Dripping Springs.

As much as I love you , you are not the typical chick when it comes to cars. You are definitely the exception.

My wife has had two different '92 GTs and a '98 GT, both manual transmissions. She would've sent me packing if I brought her home an automatic. After the kids are older (i.e. bye bye minivan), I owe her another new GT ... with manual transmission.
