I checked their prices of the last 8 parts and accessories that I've purchased recently from National Parts Depot and the AAPD prices are much, much higher.

There are two other factors in the cost of parts - taxes and shipping. If you order by phone or the net, state sales taxes may apply. You can avoid this by making sure the company does not have a store in your state. Free shipping on orders over a certain ammount, over $300 or $500 for example) should also be considered; and it's real easy to get a $500 order.

Hi,

Didn't buy from them but here is my experience:

Mustangs Unlimited: Was really fast and good service. Shipped partial order while the rest of it was back ordered then shipped the remaining items with no additional shipping charges. This is my preferred vendor.

Dallas Mustang: Not so good experience. More than a week after my order was not shipped. Emailed twice, no answer. Could not reach them by phone. Then I finally reached them, what a suprise my order was being shipped as we spoke. Then there was a missing item ($3 gasket) for which they tried to charge me over $10 shipping... Had a phone discussion with them, asked them to put the gasket in an enveloppe and send for 25c, never heard back from them, I bought my gasket elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Mustang Parts House: had to ping them to know one of my item was back ordered. However they were very responsive to my emails and accepted right away to cancel the parts that were missing so I could get the others immediately. Did a quick refund of the items I cancelled. Good customer service. Would be perfect if they had notified me of the backordered item. Would recommend this vendor.
