That is the oil pan i have installed on my 302 or whtever it is. and where the original dipstick went is now to shallow for the stock dipstick to go and i dont really know what to do about it...so i need some help.

True. It's amazing the amount of questions that get asked on here that can be answered with a search, the FAQ, or a simple google. But, that's what makes sites such as this exist. People asking questions, and other people with experience answering them. It makes a lot of money for the owner of this site.

Well, no ****, i dont have that extra minute b/c of my job, i spend most of my days running around now. and i dont have the net at my house,cuz i just moved. thanks for the help though.

Thisis the one I used on my car. I assume this is in an early Mustang and you had to relocate the dipstick to the front of the motor?
