Gentlemen, I haven't done this either, and hopefully someone on here who has done this can help you. If not, my suggestion is that you google search 393 Windsor Stroker Kit and see how much info you can get from that search. The reason for 393, is that is the most common 351 stroked engines./

I just finished my Windsor stroker.
408 Cubic inches
roller block
4.030 bore
4.00 stroke
Scat Crank 4340
Eagle rods H beam
KB dished 9-1 pistons
AFR 185 CNC portedaluminum heads
Milodon pan and windage tray
Lunati Cam and lifters
Comp Cams aluminum roller rockers
MSD billet dist.
fabricated valve covers
Edelbrock water pump
March pulleys

Great motors, tons of reasonable parts avail. , and they make a lot of power. For a change you can build a Ford for the price of a small block Chevy.

Over 500HP
about 6K

Just built one have not started it yet,

Scat Forged Crank
Scat H Beam Rods
KB Forged Pistons
Mahle Rings

$1,200 for rotating kit, balanced.

With H Beams clearancing the block is not needed,

fullauto is a member here who sells stroker kits, he does rotating assemblies for the 302 blocks for 750 bucks so im guessing a 393/408/427 stroker kit wouldnt be too much more.

i've never heard of arp heads, do you mean AFR heads with ARP bolts?
