Default T5 conversion

Hey everyone,
I got a question for you. I am switching my transmission to a T5 on 67 I have already got the adapter plate, the fulcrum and spacer block, the crossmember and the shift linkage. But the fork I am using has the ball on it and I can't find the other fork any ideas. Please let me know.

Are you planning on using a late model "pull" style clutch, or an early model 'push' system?

Sounds like you're mixing pieces. Help me to understand what you've got...
Adapterplate - you mean the 1" thick aluminum plate that mounts the T5 to an early model bell housing?
Fulcrum & spacer block - are these the two pieces that bolt inside the bell housing to pivot the throwout arm?
And you're saying the throwout fork that has ball... where?..on the outer end or in the middle at the pivot point?

What bellhousing and clutch setup (early or late) are you using?
