Default Front Frame Rail Outer Patch ?????

Hey guys,
I am in the process of replacing the outer portion of the front rails on my 67 coupe. The sections where the bumber brackets mount. I have the outer patches, but I am going to have to fab. a piece for the bottom lip. What I need is a close up picture of the frame where the front valance/bumberguards bolt to. I have to recreate the lip and need to see how the overlap at that specific point. If anyone has any close up pics, that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, a related questions, what size bit should I use to drill for the spot/rosette welds and does anyone know the guage of the frame rails is? How much gap should be between the patch and the existing rail for the but weld?
Thanks!
