HELP - Dust in wet primer
I am currently in the process of painting the dash of my 65FB, and have noticed some dust trapped in the primer in some areas.
Do I continue to recoat or do I let dry?
Do I paint over, if so how long should i wait?
Thanks....

Just sand the dust out with sone 400 wet/dry paper or a scuff pad, if you dont burn through to steel, it will then be ready to clean off (with a tack rag) and shoot.
It should be dry enough that when you sand it, that no little ***** of primer or little turds are produced. You are best applying thin coats and sanding out imperfections. Don't be tempted to put on too much primer.

Let it dry and sand out the dust. A couple of tricks for painting - do painting early in the day before the wind becomes a factor; hose down the area prior to painting; blow out the area you are going to paint with compressed air prior to wiping. No compressor, for small paint jobs, you can get canned air from some computer stores or hobby shops. It doesn't take much to prep the area.
