Is it me or does it look like the door is sitting lower and not lining up properly with the rest of the car?

I sold my truck, so this is all i have to drive (but i was able to pay cash for it), so i'm doing my best to put a little bit of money into it slowly to make it solid inside and out! congrats to everyone who fills the streets with thier classic hot rods and doesn't just keep it on the show room floor

hehe, the door works fine and fits pretty good not perfect but it does line up with the front and rear fender on the top and pretty close everywhere else

Its funny you make mention of the door alignment with the fenders. I was watching Overhaulin the other night when Foose did this guys 1970 or 69 fastback and made it in to aHot Rod version of aBoss 302. Being a 70 Mach 1 owner I have an eye for the common panel alignment issues. The 69/70's are notorious for having an alignment issue where the front of the hood meets the headlight bucket. The stainless trim never aligns. As they showed the finished Foose car, they would flash multiple shots of the car from all angles. When they shot the front angle you could see that even Foose couldn't get the hood trim to align with the trim on the headlight buckets. You only got a second or two to see it, but it was there.

BTW I drive mine everyday. That is whenever I'm not in my F 150 or Vert. So that leaves about 24 sun filled warm summer days to take the powerful Mach 1 out for a run.

Gotta love you guys with the car lifts in your garages like bodyputtyless. Makes all of us "floor crawlers" jealous. But then again, you've likely earned it after several years of being a "floor crawler" yourself.

Nice rides everyone! I am so happy to see so many of you daring your $$$ and countless hours of time invested in these Mustangs to the public roadways.
