A few years ago the house across the street was being sold, while it was being sold my dad and one of our best friends who is also a neighbor were talking about buying the house and knocking out most of the walls to make a massive garage out of it. Dang dad why didn't you.

... for the same reason my grandfather wouldn't buy the vacant lot next door for $500 in thelate 40'sat my dad's request for a play yard. The house on it now is probably only worth about $2.5million.
