Well, i started pullling the stang apart. Man is it hot in Tennessee! Here are some pics of my progress.
ps-buying tools is too addicitive

Wow you have some work ahead of you.... makes me feel better about my car lol. Do you know how to mig weld? you gonna need to replace those floor pans and fill that hole in the rear window frame and grind it down and fabricate lots of work ahead for you man good luck !

It is a lot of work! Of course more than i thought lol! Luckily i enjoy a challenge. I am learning to weld... I figure this car is trhe perfect way for me to learn how to do a lot of things

Good luck,and try not to lose motivation on a project like that. Oh yeah, I agree buying tools is addicting.

nice man. the 1k milejourney begins with the first step. good luck, its alot of fun. cost some money, but i promise, you wont have this much fun spending that much money on anything else.

thanks for the encouragement. I have floors on the way and new rear quarters in storage as well as a new passenger fender. i took some steps towards getting the engine out today. Can't decide whether or not to pull the transmission as well

Pull the trans. It will help to have it out of the way when you work on the floors. You got a BIG job ahead of you.
