Would this be worth picking up? Or am i better off finding a 351C as a whole needing a rebuild, instead of picking up parts for this block.

Yeah, a bare block that is cleaned and magnifluxedj for 50 smackers. Good deal.But how much is the shipping?

Well i'm about 1.5 hours away driving and i figured i'd take my dad's truck and make a little day trip out of it with my girlfriend over the weekend here in a couple weeks...

Now if you could find an entire motor with a blown head gasket or rod bearing for 50 smackers to steal the parts off of, you would be in hog heaven.

Haha well man, i'm in no hurry of picking up a 351, cuz my 289 is in great shape, but for 50 bucks i think i'm gonna plan a trip for the day and then keep my eye out for somethin along the lines of a blown head gasket
