Passenger Side Squeak
On the passenger side of the vehicle at the front wheels I am getting a noisy squeak when going over the slightest bump. I greased every joint that had a injection nipple, ( didnt touch was the ball joint because I have no idea hot to grease it) Even after doing this it was still emitting a squeak. I listen carefully and it sounded like the noise was coming a much higher place no where near all the joints below. Any ideas?
Most likely coming from your upper A arms. They squeak because the shaft does not get adequate grease from the end cap zerk fittings. A common modification to these arms is to cut a groove into the threads to allow for a grease path.
If you can't get grease into it through the upper zerk fittings, you may end up having to rebuild the upper arms.

The same happened to me, after a 140 mi. trip. It starts with a head-turning squeak, and I notice squeak was coming from the upper A-arm like JamesW said. Probably, motor heat after highway riding dried the bushings.
There are a couple of bushings on the rod connecting A arm to frame, best will be change the complete arm. As an immediate solution, I sprayed a lot of silicone oil (silicone makes rubber softer and softer, never dries)...the squeak disappeared. It seems easy...but as I wrote, change the arm ('cause time needed is the same if you change bushings), should be the best.
