You already have the engine and trans for the swap?
Are you swapping a 6 to 8?
Swapping different transmissions? which to which?
How are they going to raise the suspension?
need some more information.

6 to V8 .. motor mounts being put in ... sry i forgot to mention that.
Crappy C4 to Good C4
Im guessing the simplest way possible just to raise height cuz my body is eating up my new wheels cuz the car is too low ..
and my exhaust system is taking a beating on the freeway from minor mispavements which cause scratching of exhaust.

I see from your profilethat you are in Orange County. Unfortunately, everything, including labor costs, is more expensive here and other large metropolitan areas than it is in smaller towns. Because of that, you may post some labor costs that others on this board will tell you is a rip-off and they may post some costs that every shop in town would laugh at.
A better idea may be to post your estimate and work off of that.

to do the inline 6 to v8 the right way you gotta change the engine tranny rear end driveshaft front springs and shocks spindles hubs and from brakes.since your paying for labor better save up 2k. most shops charge from 50 to 85 a hour give or take thats a big job to do it right.if its draging on the ground like you say im sure the rear springs are shot just hope they didnt put air shocks or the coil over stock in the rear.
just call a couple shops that your friends use and be done with it,,,be sure to ask for worst case deals cause there's always surprises,, much better then going in blind,,besides what 1 guy get in new york city and in 1 LA says is 2 diff things

add that to my "to-do" list as well
