Default Identifing Windsor Engine

I need confirmation on what windsor engine I have. What I've concluded from my own research is that I have a pre '77 351 Windsor engine in my 1967 Mustang. I came to this conclusion after gathering the following information:
1) Valve cover has 6 bolts (so, not a 351 Cleveland).
2) The intake manifold has 8 bolts on each side (16 bolts total). This tells be that it's not a 221, 260, 290, 302 or a 77 or later 351W.

I also have installed on the car the following (previous owner installed these), but this did not help me much when trying to identify the engine block:
1) Edelbrock Carburetor 1406-0798 - numbers on the carb
2) Avtolite 124 spark plugs

So, did I identify the engine block correctly? I was unable to find the casting numbers, so I was unable to use that to determine the precise year. I know it should be close to the starter, but I can't find it. Would this be under something which is installed already?

Thanks!

If the heads are on the engine, 351 is stamped on the head in the rocker arm area.
