Default New Vinyl Roof

I just got the roof finished and added some chrome to the motor .Really happy with the job that the guy did installing it.

Looks really nice. Now, get a chrome curved Monte Carlo bar in that engine bay and you will be in high cotton.

I have the same dress up kit, here is what my chrome monte bar looks like.

I like the roof, always liked the way vinyl brakes up the lines.

The top looks good! Is your cowl blacked out or been worked on?

Is the monte Carlo bar easier to install than the Export Brace.

I blacken it out myself . There was very little paint left onCowl and I wanted to protect it until I get the car painted.I will leave it black when I get the car painted .I like the way it looks.

A Monte Carlo bar for your car will require you to drill two additional mounting holes on each side for proper installation. If the bar is 'too long', you should raise the front end by theregular jacking points on thebody, getting both wheels off the ground to allow the engine compartment to 'relax'. The other thing to watch for is the heads of the bolts may hit the hood so don't use a washer or abolt with an attached washer.
