Hey, welcome to the site Rick. That shore am a purdy Mach. I can see you know what you are doing. Whenever I spot Goodyear Eagles on a classic Mustang, I suddenly know the owner's mama didn't raise an idiot.

Grab-A-Trak suspension. http://www.mustangsplus.com/Merchant...Code=suprstrtr

I am assuming you have a 351 Cleveland in that Mach. You can add a few components to get a minimal gain in horsepower and torque, but starting with the heads and working up is your best gain. Research the Air Flow Research heads, the Weiand Stealth intake and the 600 or so cfm 4V carb of your choice. Long tube headers, X pipe tubes in the exhaust system, and a lumpy cam.

I'll let someone else discuss the Rack and Pinion steering with you since I only have a 65 with the old steering box.

Glen,
I got regular steering in my 65. Some previous owner added power so it handles the tires well.

Ford 2 barrel low compression ported heads, ive heard good way to increase hp is change the fixed fan for an electrical and get better air flow to the engine
and i am not look for any serious upgrades just some simple gains at low cost
Also got Disc brakes in front drum in back any advantages for disc all around???

Forget the electric fan, put on headers and a Holly 4150.
