Hey all!!

I got into my car today and i found this strange rubber piece...rectangular in shape...with a split in the middle....it was lying just under the clutch..ive been tryiing to trace as to what it is....but havnt come up with anything uptil now...

Any ideas?

Could be the stop that keeps the clutch pedal from sticking out too far.
