I agree that you're not going to be able to "trick" someone who knows a lot about mustangs into thinking it's a 350, but ...

I've had like 5 people come up and say "I'll give you 8,000 for your mustang right now." Now, I definitely should have gone with them, because it's a regular old 66 coupe, inline 6, nothing fancy at all. Heck, it didn't drive till last weekend

My point is, some people are just stupid, and you probably could find someone to buy your car.

ORIGINAL: fastbackford351

Hipo 289. Cobra highrise dual plane intake manifold, override traction bars, 9" trac-loc rear end, 1" front swaybar, travel-limiting cables on the rear-end, Shelby aluminum valve covers, transmission pan, Holley 4bbl (doublepump 750cfm I believe), Monte Carlo bar, heavy-duty adjustable shocks, 1" front sway bar, Galaxie rear brakes, Kelsey-Hayes front disc brake, modified upper control arm geometry, 19:1 steering, hood pins, rear brake cooling ducts and a big wallet.

That oughta get you pretty close
The GT-350 carb was a 715 cfm Daytona float bowl type with the fuel inlets in the center-end of the bowls. It was a vacum secondary. To my knowledge the only 'production' car to ever come with a double-pumper was the 427-SC.

And don't forget the quick-steering arms that lowered the effective ratio another 3 points and export brace and hood, and side exhausts and lap belts and dash mounted tach/oil guages, steering wheel with dash mounted horn button....etc., etc.
