Default 70 mach 1

How do I remove the rear seat in my 70 mach 1, the shop manual says to lift and pull forward, it will lift about an inch or so but i can't get it to come out. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

First, push it back toward the trunk to unhook it, then lift and out.

Thank You, got it. been working on that for over an hour. Just starting a restoration job on a pretty clean 70 mach 1 that I have had since 1980. Talk to you soon as I'm sure to have many more questions.

Thanks again

Not a problem. The rule here is that all noobs must post a picture of their car when they first come one here. So, gitter dun.

+1 about the pics, it is also a rule, that as a 69/70 mustang owner, you must recognize my 69 coupe as the coolest 69/70 mustang here. [8D]
