Default engine vibration over 2500 rpm's

i have only had the 67 for 2 weeks now, it has a mid 80's 351 w bolted to a t5z but i noticed when i am in neutral and i rev the car i can feel a vibration, i know it can be the mounts, or even the tranny mount, but where i am worried is could it be the harmonic balancer or an internal problem. or maybe even a incorrectly balanced flywheel,

is the 289 internally balanced or is it balanced from the flywheel, and could this be my problem? sinve i believe the po used oringinal parts on the swap!

engine runs strong, no signs of trouble or weird sounds , will pull real hard to 5500+ rpm's

The balance is different between the 289 and mid-80's 351. You need to get the properly weighted flywheel/damper, or tear down the engine and take it to a machine shop and have it balanced. If you continue to run the engine, you will destroy the bearings...and possibly crank.
