Default RE: question on sway bars

I got my sway bars for my 72 fastback from mustangs plus, but you could also try mustangs unlimited. Get the biggest sway bar you can and make sure the end-links have polyurethane bushings. One of the issues with the early mustangs were the rubber bushings on the end-links because they had to fully compress before they would do anything, thatcombined withthe small stock sway bar. I got a 1 and 1/8 inch bar for the front and a 3/4 for the back.

Default RE: question on sway bars

there's so may vendors to pick from if you just want sway bars. is there a reason you just want them like you already rebuilt the suspension and you want stiffer bars or what?

theres a faq thread at the top of the page above all the other posts. it has a lot of resources and information in there
