engine assemb. problem

Default engine assemb. problem

so i have a 69 with a 302 and im trying to put all the front back together on the 302 i got the alt. back on and the crank pully. but i cant remember how to put on the power steering pump.... originally it had the ac compressor also. is there a way to mount it with out using the compressor... what is needed ect. i took it apart and cant remember how it went.....

ok so im having some troble remembering... but is the power steering pump mounted to the ac compressor and its mount... is that why you need to switch to a non ac mount..... also... eventually i plan on adding one of those new ac units how do they mount to the motor can use the old ac mount does any one no

The non-airconditioning power steering mounting bracket is a non-existant item. The simple answer is Ford used a spacer on the pivot stud at the head, p/n C7SZ-3D600-A described as 7/16 ID, 1.0 OD and 9/16 inch thick.
