Default ANother HP question

It seems like today is the day to ask HP questions.

I did not rebuild the 289 in my car but this is what I know about it.

289 30over
performer intake
Edelbrock 1403 carb (500cfm)
stock heads (3angle valve job)
flat top pistons
the cam has enough duration to make a vacuum gauge move at idle. I tried to set the idle air mix witha vacuum gaugebut could not so I set it based of RPM.
I have 2 1/4 duel exhaust with an H pipe. Stock exhaust manafold. I am thinking about putting on try-y's. how much of a difference will the try-y's make.

can anyone give me a rough estimate of the HP potential of this engine.

James, I saw your engine at the MOCA show and I was quite impressed with the cleanliness, but your upgrades aren't exactly mega power producing upgrades. You have an A code which from the factory was rated at 225 HP at the flywheel. You can add 30 or so HP to that figure and come up with about 250 or so. The only real true way you are going to get a definite answer is to get it dynoed.
