Default 65 66 fuel line

Well, my new fuel line arrived....I knew it would be "modified" for shipping...but I didn'relaize how much! There is no existing line to reference, so I need help figuring this damn thing out! Anybody have some insight and or helpful pictures? I would really, really appreciate the help!

I had the same problem, but the solution is easy. When you take out the old long line, be careful and bend the new one to match. You will be 99 pct on the money. New retainer clips are a good thing to consider.

Thanks for the inof Jim. I did buy the new clips. The downside is that there is no fuel line in place to reference. It was not on the car whenI bought it...BLAH!!!!

If you look on page 92 of the '07 NPD catalog you'll see a rudimentary schematic of the fuel line. Basically, it starts at the fuel sender, along the front of the tank to the driver's side inner edge, up in front of the axle, towards the center and then up through the tunnel adjacent to the brake line. It continues forward and then heads out and then back in through the inner fender apron.

Look at the pic, it'll make more sense.

Good luck!
