93 VS 73 302
I have a worn out 73 302 in my 67. It's 60 over so the block is on its last legs.
I have a chance to pick up a rebuilt 93 5.0 long block for a great price.
Can I use my old intake, distrubitor, pan, water pump and other parts on this motor?
I know I will need a 50oz flywheel and balancer, but is there anything else?

I'd get it because a 93 block is a roller block. If it has a roller cam it's most lilely got a steel gear on it(some roller cams have iron gears specifically for this purpose) you'll need a steel distributor gear, otherwise the steel will eat up the iron. As far as the dizzy, yeah, just make sure when the new gear is put on that the thrust is set properly. You'll prolly have to use your oil pan, and get a front sump oil pump pickup. Your standard rotation water pump should work as well. If it has a 94/95 timing cover though it's gonna cause the pullies to be misaligned because that cover is thinner, and has no mechanical fuel pump provision
Yeah, if the timing cover on it isn't right you can put a standard ealy cover on it and run either standard or reverse rotation water pump as well as the mechanical fuel pump. Basically, as long as it's not a 94/95 Mustang timing cover you should be fine. There's not much difference between an early 289 and a late 302. One thing, is if you have a clutch car and it uses mechanical z-bar linkage, the late block has no provision to screw that in, so you have to get a bracket that attaches to the bellhousing to use the clutch linkage.
