IMO, Edelbrocks quality, is dollar for dollar as good as any other manufacturer quality. Buy with confidence.

They don't make junk. They're decent setups, but you can get better power with a well thought out selection of individual parts. If you don't know how to do that, then the Edelbrock top end kits are a good deal. Takes the guesswork out of it and you don't end up with mis-matched parts

i'd much rather buy the top end kit than have to shop aroundfor individual parts.but if i could buy all of the parts individually forabout thesame price as the topend kit i woulddo it. the "exotic" names do scare me because i don't know what brands are good.

Is this the kit you are getting? If so, IMO that is a very nice 365 HP kit for a very good price.....

It is hard to spec your own top end, this kit simplifies things a lot....

There will probably be some detractors, [:@], but I think you will do very well with this..

I know you will need pushrods, I do not know if these are the right legnth for sure, but this will give you a price.... Edelbrock will know what legnth you need...

You will need new rocker arms too. the stock 5/16" will not work, you will need 3/8 rockers. Edelbrock should be able to tell you what ratio you need.
