if it's a farely stock motor, I'd go three, pertronix. if you're running some performance, absolutely go MSD.

I voted for #2,, but I would still consider the mallory HEI and save about $130.00.......

I personally use MSD products and have had very good success with them.

I personally like Accells fully adjustable vacum advance unit with a Hall affect trigger. Mallorys Uni-lites are good also. GM uses a dual LED trigger unit on the LT-1 engine.

I have this distributor on my car for 10 years and have never had a problem.
