1970 Coupe, 302 2v, automatic tranny,all matching numbers. Car runs nicely. Interior is pretty nice with the exception of the dash board. All of the front end has been redone (the guy I got it from changed the ball joints, bushings, arms, power steering pump, all power steering lines, etc). He was going to restore it, but decided to restore an old Dodge Dart instead. I bought the Mustang for $3600.00. I think I made a good deal. It had a vinyl roof, but that is gone and the top is primered at the moment. I havent decided if I was gonna go back with the vinyl top or just paint it. The car originally came from El Paso TX. Body is solid with only some minor chips in the paint. New color will be Pearl Black with Purple Kandy.

Sounds like you already have plans for this one, and the paint sounds more Restomod than Restore. What else, like mechanical, have you gotten planned?? Is it intended to be a driver while ya work on it, or is it to be torn down, to be rebuilt?
