wierd...what can it be?
**Please Help**
...about a year ago a got into a small accident which my (drivers side) front fender area to all the impact. Ever since that I felt my suspension was wierd. I tried do donuts a few months later (in a empty parking lot) and it felt like I was riding a horse[:@] its kind of hard to explain, but while im doing the donut it feels like its rocking. Ohh, and before the accident my car use to grip pretty good and would oversteer instead of understeer. Now(after the accident) its the complete opposite! I know something(s) f***ed up, but what can it be (possibilities)?

What it sounds like is one of your control arms got bent. I would look at that then I would take it to a frame shop or body shop with a frame machine and have it checked. In fact even if you have not had a wreck I would take the car to the frame shop and have it tweaked. The weight of a motor will cause pigeon toe in all vehicles after 30+ years and they can tweak it back into place which will make your alignments last much longer and be much easier. BTW whatever happened it will not be permanent, it just sounds like you bent the lower control arm or tweaked your spindle.

At least start out with an alignment check, they may locate your problem then.
Fordication, Welcome to the forum, nice to see you, here!
well im in the process of doing my disc swap and im going to replace new lower control arms anyway. I was also going to buy upper ball joints. How would I know if my upper control arm needs to be changed?
Im in the process of doing my front power disc brake swap, so I was already planning to change the upper/lower control arms. Is there anything else I should replace now that I have everything off the front? I dont want to take my brakes of for a while after they're installed
