Default decode fender tag

Hello! I am new to the Mustang world and I was hoping someone could help me. I have a 1970 Mustang coupe and I would like to know how to decode the small black metal tag on the passenger side fender.I have found sites to dedcode the vin# and the door tag(which I cannot read on mine anyway since its too faded) there are alot of numbers and letter codes but I cannot find any sites to decode this. If anyone can help me understand what these things mean it would be greatly appreciated! I will try to re-draw the tag here:

I googled your car year and buck tag but couldn't find anything to match your buck tag. If I read it right, each plant has its own format to stamp these tags,I didn't see anything exactly the same as yours.
