Ok, are you ready for this????? I can't open the hood of my '65 mustang. I just got it a couple of days ago and i saw my dad do it but he's not currently here. I'm sorry for the gay question but I'd really like to know so that I can take a looksy at the brains of the beast.

there's nothing on the inside of the car. Simply reach in between the grill and stone delector and push up and than lift up. You can see the mecahnism by looking through the grill, and go right underneath the grill and in the center.

 

What did you find when you popped the hood?

 

oh...ok i found it. thx guys!!! it was some what hidden. i didnt know that the release was that far down.

p.s. i'm 15..... i don't have that much experience with cars.........yet. lol

that was the gayest excuse.lol cuz i know the ins and outs on these things.....well at least 1000 times more than the ppl at my school. its funny as hell trying to talk about cars (mostly mustangs)to them and whatever they say comes right out of their a$$es.lol

15 with a 65' how did u score that deal? parents help u get it or a hammy down? i got my grandpas 66' convertible but i had to wait till i was 17, then spend my entire summer under it just gettin it to run.
