Default Ignition timing experts??

I found out my 68, 302 has a roller cam in it, which means I use the 351 fring order. I found that out by trying the original timing order, and of course it wouldn't run.....I have an MSD ignition in it, and have no clue what the timing should be set at?? How do you do it?/ There is no vac advance to take off, any thing that needs to be done on the MSD box.
