More Brake ???'s
I have rebuilt all 4 drums:
New shoes, wheel cylinders, springs, hoses, everything. It is being aligned right now, and the tech called and said that it is still pulling when you hit the brakes, sometimes to the left, sometimes to the right, sometimes jerks hard, others just a gentle pull. I adjusted the shoes till they would barely drag, and them backed off just a hair. We bleed the lines in the right order till no bubbles came out of any corner. What else could I check to fix this?

Did you make sure to lube all of the contact points in the brakes with high-temp silicone lube? Binding shoes could cause what you're talking about.
That said, it sounds like it could be a suspension issue. If you've got worn suspension parts (especially strut rod bushings), stepping on the brakes will change the toe and cause a pull.

] I've never really worked with drums, only disc brakes and it didnt say anything in my dummy book about lubing. The suspension is ALL brand new, thats why I was getting the alignment.

I picked the car up today, and the service manager told me that the star adjuster for 2 of the wheels were bad. He said he believes that once I put new ones in, it should be good to go. Guess I didnt replace EVERYTHING in the brakes, but I will.
Man, even though the brakes are suckin right now, it felt great to drive it again

That tends to happen. It's just a crappy design in general, not much you can do about it.
But yes, all of the metal-to-metal contact points, as well as the star adjusters, need to be lubed with synthetic grease to prevent binding.
