Ok, whats the first course of action? Im supposed to grease all the bushings? what about those that dont have fittings? how do I grease those?
How often will I expect to have to regrease?

You might try just shooting them with a silicone spray to see where the squeeks are coming from and take it from there. I used to hit my tired Fairlane front end with a shot of WD40 every few days and it stopped the upper control arm bushing squeek for a day or so. That got old. Fast.
the WD40 is good advice to isolate the squealing bushing. At that point you need to hit it with a grease guy if it's got a zerk and see if that helps. Otherwise.... you may have to disassemble and grease..or even replace.
