I recently bought a 69 Mach 1 with a factory 428 CJ, 4 speed, 55K original miles...love it. The power steering got tight a couple of times and now is tight all the time. I rebuilt the power valve and replaced the pump with no new results. The power ram is next on the list for replacement. Can anyone tell me if the ram can be tested before replacement? Anything else to check?
