Default Interesting alternative disc brake swap

Found this on eBay today and was wondering if anyone had any experience wth it. Looks like an intersting alternative to the Granada swap.

There are lots of kits like that available on the market. The problem for me is the GM calipers. Also one advantage to a Granada type conversion is stronger spindles. By the time you do the GM conversion you have as much money in to it as going with a www.discbrakeswap.com kit and those kits have all new parts.

I looked at this kit from an earlier post you made, and you have sold me Daze. Once I convince the Mrs. to let go of the credit card again this kit will be on the way. Thanks for the find.

I am all about loyalty. He sold me a set of spindles for my 64.5 and took excellent care of me; also I couldn't have been happier with the quality and the design of the product not to mention the price. Once I find a good product from an honorable source I will advertise for them as if I were getting a kickback even though there is nothing in it for me.

I have a set of those brackets for my 69 and they are a quality piece.Mine are the first generation that use Celebrity rotors on the drum hub. I don't see any problem wit them and the newer ones use the Ranger rotor.

The one thing I really like is that I don't have to change my outer tie rod end.

I just bought the kit Daze is talking about yesterday! The guy was real easy to deal with.

When I was looking at the options, I originally landed on another company called Rod & Custom Motorsports, and I don't recommend them. Their website lists a price of $349 but he said he changed prices and it was now $379, just hasn't gotten around to changing his website. I told him I don't care, he is advertising a price and should honor it, he won't even respond any more. It's not the $30, it's the principle of the matter ........

Like I said, I just bought it yesterday so I can't comment on quality yet, but it appears to be a very good kit and comes with good recommendations on this forum.
