Engine upgrades

Iv got a 289 K code 1964 mustang that I want to slightly upgrade for more speed. Where can I recieve parts and what should I change?

Would be a good idea to have a goal of what you would like to reach.

Also your ride completely stock? Or have there been some mods done already?
