Rear Bumper Removal

Is there an easy way to get the rear bumper off my 66? Do i have to remove the bottom rear sheet metal part? I've been all over the thing and can't figure if there is an easy way or not... Thanks!

inside the trunk are two bolts that hold the bumper bracket. Take the bumper and bracket off together.
