anyone know aballpark cost to rebuild a 351c? i know youcan get them new on ebay for around 4500.00 so it should be less.

i want to set my cleveland up for street torque so any suggestions on heads, cams, carb, mannifold, pistons, ext... give me some ideas.

I had about $2600 in mine until I decided to change to a hyd. roller cam. The cam was a custom grind from Comp and the lifters are the link bar type from Crane. Now I'm around $3250

I used stock 2v heads. Could not find stainless valves anywhere for the 2v head. Used TRW OEM replacments instead.

Edelbrock 2V performer intake. I want low and mid range grunt. Don't care anything about what's above 5500 RPM

I will be modifying the 2V headers to fit around the 4R70W (worse than your FMX)
