Is atruck bedliner like rhino lining or herculiner the way to go tho protect the undercarriage of my car? I was told they are great, but I want to run it by this forum first.

I heard that stuff was good to use but once it is one there, it is on there. If you ever want it off somewhere down the road, (I've heard) that it is nearly impossible to remove, especially from all the nook and crannies. I used an epoxy based primer, sealer, then a single stage coat of paint on my undercarriage. If there are any chips, the sealer will help cover it up. There are all kinds of options to use too. It all depends what your preferencesare.

We used the bedliner, IMO it looks and performs great.

It was easy to apply, and easily to get into most difficult spots.

I Imagine it would be fun to try and remove...... but I am not going to try....

You're going to put your entire car in a powder coat oven? You have to remove absolutely everything that is not metal if you do, so you better do it before the suspension.

What company did you use? I was looking at Herculiner or Rattleguard bedliner.

Sorry about the last post. I replied to the wrong message. I meant to ask JMD that question.

To be honest we used a cheap NAPA brand,,,,

I had intended to use some better epoxy liner, but we never got around to buying it and just used the cheap stuff on a whim one day..

if you put the super strong bedliner underneath, youd better put on under the carpet to, cause if it rusts, then itll be hard to get it off underneath, but if you put it on both sides, itll never rust. im planning on doing this cause i replaced all my floor pans and need to finish welding and put a coat of somehting on there cause its starting to rain now and my car is no where near wetproof.
