Default what is my cam

ok so i have another post going about my rockers and a lot of people are telling me if my cam is to much on the performance side than it will pull my studs out.... so my question is... is my cam basically just a stock replacement or is it to much for my pressed in studs

cam lift.... int = .280
exh = .295

exh = .472

your fine, and you should be ok with stock springs so long as their pressures are within spec for a stock spring

Stock lift for a 302 ranged from .372 to .444 depending on the year (.444 for the pre-'72 versions). So, that cam will be okay. Since you're replacing the heads in the near future, just make sure your valve train stays tight. Mine pulled out with a .484 lift cam, FYI.
