THere is a correct curvature to the springs. Maybe one isout of curve?? This may be a dumb question but...is there anything in the trunk that's heavy??
I had the same problem. Turned out that the rear frame rail was not parallel to the ground. It had bent slightly. The grade 8 bolt that holds the leaf spring to the inner frame rail was bent as well. I had to cut the bolt to get it out. Grade 8 are no fun to cut. I suggest you climb under the car and pay attention to the bottom of the frame railon that side. See if it appears to have a twist. If the bottom of the frame rail is not facing dircetly toward the ground then the rail is twisted. I had to use a ram to tweak my frame rail back into position. BTW, I too thought I had a tired leaf spring on that side. When the leaf replacement didn't cure the lean I then took the time to actually look at the underside of the car. Thats when I noticed the bent frame rail. It wasn't much of a twist, but it was enough to produce a lean of about 3/4 inch. Good luck.
\ every thing looks good under the car, and know my trunk is empty, i think its jsut a weak spring, the left side is easier to press down from the top than the right if its just a weak spring is it a big deal if i just leave it, till i can afford new springs?
