Default Power Steering?

Would it be worth the trouble to put on power steering on my 66 coupe, and a guesstimate on how much it would cost. Thanks

If you don't mind sloppy steering with no road feel, it would be worth it. You could probably find used parts for cheap...

The parts are hard to find and are VERY expensive to find rebuilt. The power steering on my 66 went bad a several years ago and it took me 2 months of searching and $700 in parts to get it replaced. Then after that NPD starting selling a manual conversion kit for less than $200[:@]. It turns real easy but 69mach is right about the no road feel.

Wow...I guess the parts I took off my 69 may be worth some bucks then. Do they work on a 66?
