Default Opentracker racing products

I would like to do the Shelby 1” drop on my 70 Fastback using Opentracker racings products. It would be about half the price of TCP, Blue moon or Global west. This is for a daily driver.
Any comments on their stuff?

The Shelby drop is a free mod, are you perhaps looking at a wedge kit for the 1 3/4" drop?

Double thumbs up for any of John's products!

You should get the metal template that bolts in place to help you orient the new holes in the correct place. Otherwise getting your alignment correct might be a pain in the rear.

I made my own template and it worked great. I also had John put heavy duty Moog ball joints on my upper control arms (just in case). The new holes I drilled in the shock tower were actually 1/2" and then I tested to see if the upper control arms would fit and they did nice and snug - you might not have to drill the hole to 17/32nd like the template says. Also check out www.dazecars.com for Shelby drop info.

Well worth doing to a street driver.

I've used them on my car. Bought the upper arms, roller perches and lower arms. I got the drop template for free. Everything fit perfectly the first time.

Here's a link to my cardomain page where I have pics: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2386543/7

Thanks for the info guys. I think I will go with the Opentracker products.
One more question, coil springs. I read that some of you are using 620lbs springs to lower the front end Opentracker offers a 560lbs or a 750lbs. What would you recomend for lowering my front end?

If you just want to lower the front end the 560s are plenty.
