Default Roof process?

Awhile back I tore the headliner out, removed all the insulation crap and sanded down the light rust. I then painted the roof (ceiling?) and pillarswith Rust Converter to stop the light rust if I missed any, and so it has sat until now.

I just "newpaper'd" my windows and getting ready to paint it. I was planning on priming it, then Rustoleum paint, and then some form of light sounddeading. Any advice or problems with this? I was thinking the Peel and Seal stuff since it's cheap and its just wind-noise so the high stuff would be overkill.
