1966 Speedometer question

Hi there. Have a question regarding the speedometer in my 1966 Mustang...sorry, this may be a pretty lame question - but here goes... What is that little round light in the speedometer for? Does it mean something? Its right under the "70"mph mark...

Its the dummy light for your brights.
