Default Steering wheel removal

Well - I am decided to install my rack and pinion today

Got the original steering linkage removed

Trying to remove the steering wheel and it is not going anywhere right now - HELP!

- I removed the horn button
- Removed the nut holding the wheel to the column
- Removed the turn signal indicator
- Removed small philips screws

I pull and it is not coming - did I forget something?

Thanks

Bought the puller came out in like...uh .... 2 seconds! I couldn't believe it! Good thing done

Also got the steering box and shaft out - I did not follow exactly the instruction ... I did not feel like removing the engine mount so I just cut the steering shaft while still in place ... I made sure it would still be long enought for my rack and pinion set up ... hopefully will be done sometime tomorrow so I can get teh alignment done and have some fun!
