Default Windshield Whiper Range

Hey, let me know if you've seen this before. I'm hoping it's only an adjustment that needs to be made...

My drivers side windshield whiper when turned on whipes a range between 95 degrees (normal) and about 30 degrees (not normal), so it doesn't go all the way back down.

It still gets the rain off the windshield, I just have to push it back down to 0 degrees when I'm done. Is my motor shot, or is there an adjustment I could make?

Thanks!

Sounds like a bushing isworn out. Take a look under the dash and check for wear. Its usually the drivers side.
