Default 69 elec problems

I've got a 69 and my alternator isn't charging my battery. I've changed the alternator twice, battery, and regulator. Nothing works. I've tried tracing the wires with a voltmeter and it's showing that there's juice to the batt terminal. The car used to have A/C but all the parts except the hoses have been removed. I'm using a 61 amp alternator. I've traced all the wires and there's continuity in all the wires. I'm completely stumped.

Thanks

Dave

Is there power at the alt. Have you tried to full field the regulator. Do you have a bad fuseable link.
