Default Lock Right locker

Do these make as much noise as a detroit? Anyone use one? Impressions?

In my experience, the 'lunchbox lockers' (e.g. Lockrite, Detroit EZ-locker) are louder/rougher than the full Detroit Softlocker. Regardless, I wouldn't put any automatic locker in a street vehicle. BTDT and have the carnage to remember it.

I've been looking at true-trac. They say it is the same as traction-loc but with gears not clutches. I've heard it is quieter than the trac-loc but since it uses gears, nothing to wear out and ultimately makes it a stronger unit.
